On 2 August 2025, Thrive, in collaboration with Mind Culture, hosted an interactive Zoom workshop titled “Rhythms of Rest: Reclaiming Your Sleep and Energy,” addressing a pressing concern in Singapore: sleep. With long working hours and high stress levels contributing to widespread sleep deprivation, the session provided participants with practical strategies to improve sleep hygiene and achieve more restful, quality sleep.

Led by our Senior Counsellor and Psychotherapist, Leslie Hsu, the workshop covered evidence-based tips and techniques, including the role of supplements, lifestyle adjustments, and proven methods to create healthier bedtime routines. Participants also explored common misconceptions regarding sleep through engaging activities, such as a trivia game that debunked popular sleep myths. Additional resources and educational videos were shared to reinforce key learning points, empowering participants to make sustainable changes for better rest and enhanced daily energy.
