Sasha is passionate about supporting adult individuals and couples in their journeys towards a more meaningful and fulfilling life. As a therapist, he believes in the value of building a strong working relationship with his clients, hearing them and walking with them as they explore their deepest thoughts and feelings.
Sasha is a member of the Singapore Association for Counselling (SAC) and the Association of Psychotherapists and Counsellors Singapore (APACS). He has acquired training in Person-Centred Therapy, Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, Clinical Hypnotherapy, Gottman Method Couples Therapy, and Positive Psychology Interventions. This toolkit allows him to craft tailored approaches to support each client according to their individual needs.
By holding a safe and conducive space for his clients and drawing out their innate strengths, Sasha helps his clients with a variety of challenges such as personal, relationship, and career-related issues.
