Personal information
Leslie is a psychotherapist and counsellor at the Mind Culture. She brings a unique background of 30 years of successful corporate career and integrates with psychotherapy and coaching approaches to support her clients today. She is sensitive to cross culture matters, after living and working across 3 continents (the US, Europe, Asia). Since 2020, she embarked on a new journey in therapy and have since counselled hundreds of clients in finding their authentic voice and inner strength to choose more fulfilment and joy in life.
With a Master of Arts degree in Integrative Counselling and Psychotherapy from the University of Roehampton in London, Leslie utilises various therapeutic modalities including Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT) and the Psychodynamic theory to gain insights from childhood or past trauma, while also integrating Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT) to commit a change in present mindset and lifestyles. Leslie also leverages on Life Coaching Tools to support clients to build a vision, plan and desired life for future.
Leslie is a member of British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP); Association of Psychotherapists and Counsellors Singapore (APACS); Singapore Association for Counselling (SAC).
