Dr Jeslyn Lim is the Founder of Mind Culture and Co-founder of Thrive Psychology Clinic. She is a certified practitioner of Integral Eye Movement Therapy (IEMT) and a member of the Association for IEMT Practitioners. She is also the Past President of the Association of Psychotherapists and Counsellors Singapore (APACS) as well as a full member of the Singapore Psychological Society (SPS). Alongside Advanced Certification in Training and Assessment (ACTA), Jeslyn lectures in institutions and is currently providing psychological services to various organisations for staff wellness programmes. Years of experience in the medical field allow her to play a crucial role in ensuring smooth surgical processes, encompassing aspects of the patients’ physical, emotional, social, and spiritual well-being.
As a psychologist and hypnotherapist, she took charge of educational/clinical assessments, programme development, individual behavioural plan (IBP) development and professional supervision. With experience in behavioural and language intervention (trained in ABLLS™‐R, ABA & VB techniques/ physiology) and alongside hypnotherapeutic work, she is National Guild of Hypnotists (NGH) Certified with an Advanced Certification in 5-PATH®, as well as a 7th PATH Self-Hypnosis Teacher. She has spent the last decade operating with an innovative mindset in the field of Psychology.
