Tracey is a dedicated psychotherapist and counsellor at Mind Culture, whose unique experiences ignited her passion for psychology and counselling. She is driven by a deep desire to empower individuals to optimize their current circumstances and find their inner peace and strength.

Tracey is experienced in addressing various life challenges, including academic pressure, identity or value conflicts, relationship issues, parenting challenges, mid-career distress, workplace burnout, and helping international students navigate the psychological demands of adjustment. Her past experience in program management and community engagement has equipped her with problem-solving abilities and adeptness in empathetic communication. With her cross-cultural experience, she relates well to clients from diverse backgrounds, fostering a warm and respectful space.

Tracey utilizes evidence-based approaches, such as Cognitive-Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), Narrative Therapy, Motivational Interviewing (MI), and Mindfulness-Based Therapy, to address emotional concerns like stress, anxiety, and depression. As a mental health advocate, she actively promotes awareness through community workshops and school peer support programs, empowering individuals to better understand and manage their emotional challenges.

Tracey works closely with families to support children facing emotional, behavioural, or developmental challenges. She adopts a thoughtful, collaborative, and compassionate approach when engaging with parents - helping them better understand their child’s needs and providing practical strategies to encourage positive growth and behavioural change.

She is fluent in both English and Mandarin. As a champion of self-care, she enjoys traveling, spending quality time with her family, and recharging through reading, meditation, and nature walks.

Master of Counselling, Monash University. B.Eng (Hons), National University of Singapore. Trained in CBT, ACT, SFBT, MI & Narrative Therapy. Member, Singapore Association for Counselling (SAC).
